Functions and principles of organization of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Abstract

This article analyzes the functions and principles of the law that underlie the ensure of organization and functioning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It was suggested the author’s definition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine functions. And it was presented the general description of the principles of Armed Forces of Ukraine’s activity.
