Open Access Policy

"Problems of Legality" is an open access scientific journal. This means that all its content is available to users for free. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or refer to the full texts of the articles, as well as use them for other lawful purposes without the prior permission of the editorial board or the author in case of providing the reference to them.

The journal adheres to an open access policy, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the sake of social progress. Full-text access to scientific articles of the journal is presented in the Archive.

This complies with the Budapest Open Access Initiative's definition of Open Access. Licensing policy is compatible with most open access and archiving policies.
