Procedure for resolving a conflict of interest

Unpublished materials must not be used in any research by an editor, reviewers or other persons without written consent from the authors.

The editors, reviewers and research advisers are obliged to recuse themselves from considering articles in case of conflict of interests being a result of competitive, common or other interactions with authors, companies and possibly other organisations linked to the article.

The editorial board is obliged to adopt appropriate measures in case conflict situations and complaints about considered articles or published materials occur.

Journal “Problems of Legality” can resolve complaints or doubts about illegal actions regarding research or publications, brought by readers, reviewers or other persons. Apart from that, the editorial board reserves the right to inform the readers about the conflicts resolution.
