Abstract

Іn the article the main problems of constitutional and legislative regulation of the procedure for initiating and carrying out all-Ukrainian referendum. On the example of different types of referendums suggestions regarding the strengthening of safeguards for the conduct of referenda, as well as ensuring the implementation of their decisions.
