Abstract

The article deals with the effects of anesthesia and medical sotsialnogoy character. Today addiction − a disease that has its etiological, epidemiological and clinical patterns. Velocity distribution and population coverage has all the signs of the epidemic. At this stage the disease has all but one − the recovery, that is not return to baseline health and social status.
