Abstract

The basic theoretical approaches to the definition of "regime in penal institutions" developed in the Soviet and post-Soviet period. Analyzed given in the Criminal Executive Code of Ukraine regime determination. Given the author's definition of the investigated concept and highlights its relevant characteristics.
