Abstract

The article is devoted to environmental human rights, which belong to the fundamental natural rights having unsurpassed value in modern conditions of globalization processes of social being. The concept of the environmental rights, their volume, a place in the general system of human rights and the citizen is analyzed. Special attention is paid to classification of principles of the international environmental law.

Legislative provision of environmental human rights, guarantees and mechanism of their realization in national and international law is revealed.
