Methodology of formation of special regime of the innovation activities: articulation of issue

Abstract

The concept, functional types and the basic features of special regimes of management were considered. The Ukrainian legislation contains no definition of a special legal regime. However, the academic lawyers had worked hard to formulate a common definition of this term. The special regime of management for a specific range of objects or the sphere of their activities that determines the organization and implementation of economic activity procedure in a particular area of economic activity within the jurisdiction of certain areas of economic activity, different from the general was established. The objectives and features of introduction of special legal regimes of management in the different sectors of the economy as illustrated by the shipbuilding and the distribution of drugs were analyzed. The analysis of national legislation of Ukraine on the models of specific regimes of innovation activities was carried out. The elements of national innovation system, which could potentially be subject to a special regime of innovation activities were proposed.
