Terms of Publication
The Editorial board of the Collection "Problems of legality" accepts original articles on fundamental problems of law: theory and history of state and law, constitutional and state construction, civil, labor, financial, economic, administrative, customs, environmental, criminal law, criminal and civil processes, criminology, issues of combating crime, etc. Completed experimental works and review articles that have not been published before are published.
The manuscript is submitted to the editorial board of the collection in Ukrainian or English (provided that it is professionally translated). If an article is submitted translated using online translators (for example, Google), the article will be rejected. The abstract of the article is submitted in Ukrainian and English.. The number of authors of one article should not exceed 5 people. After submitting the manuscript to the editorial board of the journal, changes to the authorship of the article are not allowed.
One author can have only one publication in the current issue of the Collection of scientific papers
To submit an article, the author must register on the journal’s website as an author and reader, and then upload two files to the site: the first is the text of the article (the file should be named “for review”), the second is the article with all metadata.
The file names must match the author’s surname. For example: Petrenko_Article, Petrenko_for review.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is the date of its receipt by the editorial board. In the event of receiving a manuscript that is formatted in violation of these rules, the editorial board reserves the right not to accept it, of which the authors are notified.
Formatting an article manuscript for a scientific professional publication
Articles for publication in the Сollection "Problems of Legality" are submitted by authors in electronic form in Ukrainian or English, with abstracts in Ukrainian and English, at рlaw@nlu.edu.ua.

Items 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2 and 12 are submitted in Ukrainian and English!
The list of sources used cannot mention more than two articles from one journal or collection of scientific works, etc. The level of self-citation should not exceed 20%.
