Principle of stability of the judicial system

Abstract

The article analyzes the mechanism of the implementation of the common law principle of stability in the organization and functioning of the judicial system. The specific guarantees of stability – legal certainty, integrity and stability of operation – in the mechanism of the judiciary. Proposals, which will facilitate the introduction of strengthening the stability of the existence of a public-law institution like the judiciary.
