Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of the preparatory stages of production in the criminal process. The characteristic of a preparatory essence of production as a separate stage of the criminal proceedings. Determine the value of production in the course of preparatory proceedings in the first instance. Conducted a separate analysis of national and international legislation regarding this issue.
