Abstract

The attempt to research the nature of Ukrainian constitutionalism after 1991, which consists of three levels: social interest, constitutional model, quality of a person on the basis of using of the research method system including integral, systematic, systematic analysis, consideration of all internal and external variables is taken in this article.
