Abstract

The article deals with some problems arising in connection with the implementation of European human rights standards in Ukrainian legislation. Discusses possible ways to improve the efficiency of the precedent law of the European Court of Human Rights. The author comprehensively corroborates the idea that in the new Constitution of Ukraine formulation of specific rights should be set out in the same way as in the European Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of 1950.
