Purchase on limitation period as the basis of ownership right on movable property in Ukraine

The article deals with the problem of using the Institute of purchase on limitation period as the basis of the right of ownership to movable property. This legal right is considered by the example of the Civil code of Ukraine. The author defines the basic elements of the content of this right, the legal grounds for its occurrence. Also identify gaps Ukrainian civil legislation, the Colosseum rules of the institution, proposed solutions to the contradictions that arise in the legal regulation of this elementa property relations.
